City On A Hill Community Church opened our doors on September 16, 2018. Our story is a testament to God's faithfulness. In our first 4.5 years we were a portable church, setting up and breaking down every week in a hotel conference center. Our people remained faithful, praying that one-day God would give us a place of our own. That prayer was answered in early 2023 when the Lord led us to Rowlett. Our future is bright, and God is just getting started! If you're looking for a multi-generational, multi-cultural, real-life church that feels like a family, we invite you to come and join us on this journey.

CITY KIDS
City On A Hill believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our littlest members. City Kids offers a fun-filled, Christ-centered experience for children ages six weeks through grade five. Every gathering is filled with music, games, high-energy activities, and Bible-based lessons that your child will love.
LEARN MORECITY STUDENTS
In our digital age, it's possible to be "connected" but not truly known. City Students is a place where young people in grades 6-12 can find a real connection with God and others. Gatherings are Wednesday nights at 6:44 and feature worship, real life talks, and small group time. Your teenager will love it.

No Monsters Bash

On Sunday, October 26th, City Kids will be hosting one of the “sweetest” events of the year—No Monsters Bash! It’s a fun-filled morning where kids can dress up, play games, enjoy activities, and have fun together in a safe, Christ-honoring environment. This will be an experience filled with laughter, treats, and memories your child won’t want to miss.
Lunch with the Pastors

Want to learn more about City On A Hill without feeling pressured to join the church? We totally get it, you wouldn't buy a car without a test drive, why would you join a church without knowing what the church is really about. That's exactly what Lunch with the Pastors allows you to do...get to know us, get a feel for who we are, and ask any questions you may have.
City Students Fall Retreat

Calling all young people in grades 6-12! The City Students Fall Retreat is going to be an overnight experience designed to help you connect with God, your friends, and yourself. In a world that tells us to go, go, go…come and discover what it is slow down and experience inner peace and renewal. This is 24 hours that could change your life.
