JOIN THE DREAM TEAM AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
The Dream Team is made up of a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. Take the next step in joining the Dream Team by attending the All In Membership Course. This 90-minute course is designed to equip you to live life as a fully-devoted follower of Christ—from learning the essentials of our faith to discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose. Where can you use your God-given gifts to make a difference?
CARE TEAM
This team services our members during times of difficulty by providing care, meals, prayer and support after the birth of a new baby, hospitalization or during a funeral.
CITY KIDS TEAM
This team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, small groups, and games. Background check.
GREETER TEAM
This team welcomes people to City On A Hill at the front doors and hands out worship guides at the entrance to the auditorium.
GUEST SERVICES TEAM
This team welcomes families as they arrive and serves guests by answering questions and providing information on current events and services at City On A Hill. Age: 18+, Background check.
NURSERY / PRE-SCHOOL TEAM
This team ministers to children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. Background check.
PRAYER TEAM
This team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at City On A Hill. Additional Training Required.
SAFETY TEAM
This team aims to bring safety and basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at City On A Hill.
SET UP / TEAR DOWN TEAM
To make our weekend services happen, it takes a whole team of people showing up early to put it all together and staying after to break it all down. This is a great way to be involved and get to know some of the amazing volunteers at City On A Hill.
AUDIO / VISUAL TEAM
This team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, media, and other visual elements.
USHER TEAM
This team assists people in finding their seats, facilitates the counting of offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
WORSHIP TEAM
This team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals and instruments. Background check.
